Instructions

Combine blueberries, lemon juice, and honey in saucepan

Simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Add zest and cinnamon near the end

Let cool and serve or store
Notes
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Freeze in small containers for up to 3 months.
Can be used on pancakes, toast, cheesecake, oatmeal, or meats.
Add a dash of vanilla or mint for extra flavor.
