Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s or homemade buffalo sauce)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted or dairy-free alternative)

Instructions: Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Mix hot sauce with melted butter and toss the cooked cauliflower in the sauce.
  6. Return to air fryer for 3–5 more minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dip.
