– Measuring spoons

Ingredients for honey glazed roasted carrots recipe

– 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks 

– 2 tbsp olive oil 

– 1 1/2 tbsp honey 

– 1 garlic clove, minced 

– 1/2 tsp salt 

– 1/4 tsp black pepper 

– 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried thyme) 

Instructions for honey glazed roasted carrots recipe

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme. 

3. Add carrots and toss until evenly coated. 

4. Spread carrots in a single layer on the baking sheet. 

5. Roast for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender and caramelized. 

6. Serve warm, drizzled with extra honey if desired.
