– 1 large onion, quartered

– 4 garlic cloves, smashed

– Optional: 1 cup dark beer or apple cider

– Optional: 3–4 carrots, peeled and chopped

– Optional: 3–4 baby potatoes, halved

– Optional: ½ head cabbage, cut into wedges


Instructions

1. Place corned beef, onion, garlic, seasoning packet, and broth into the Instant Pot.

2. Optional: Add beer or cider for enhanced flavor.
